Marine Eco-Explorer and Marine Researcher Explorer Camp 2011

Get ready for another exciting summer of exploration and adventure at the Marine Science Center. Activities this year include:

1. New and exciting scavenger hunt, swimming, seine & plankton netting
2. Kayaking near manatees and a visit to Canaveral National Seashore Park
3. Canoeing and snorkeling at Blue Spring State Park
4. Canoeing and snorkeling at Deleon Springs State park
5. Visit Fort Matanzas National Park and explore a rock beach
6. * New this year a 7 mile canoeing adventure to Juniper Springs State Park
7. * New this year a trip to Sea World to study animal behavior and training
8. * New this year a fishing trip to Sunglow fishing pier

We are offering 10 camps for ages 8 through 10th grade. There are plenty of opportunities for your son or daughter to experience fun and adventure as marine explorers. The camps are listed below, are on a first come first served basis, and fill up fast. Email or phone us to reserve your spot. Camps run from Monday to Friday with the exception of the July 4th week. The camp day starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
